That's right. This blog is fully open to all. It's like Wikipedia, except here you can post, comment, edit, add plugins.
The passwords and login details are on site.
Do with it what you want. Let's see how long it lasts. Yes, someone could delete it - but no doubt it would come back again, in some way.
It's an experiment to see what can be created.
