Do TopSites Work ?

I recently started a NEW TopSite for Blogs and Bloggers.

But I am wondering if anyone else has used a TopSite ?
Can they bring traffic ?

Maybe this is a silly question as Pimp my Blog has one to. (or similar)

I like the Hosting of this Topsite as it is cheap and there is no annoying advertisements (apart from mine).

My TopSites in the Past have had some success in the SE's but not many ppl actually registered sites.

In another Thread in this forum I mentioned Frappr, this TopSite also has one, so feel free to add yourself to the map.

there are quite a few out there though now. COuldnt hurt if you got some major push in traffic and exposure.

Yeah I am trying to beat Flip the Spammer,
I had him for a couple hours but then my sites fell back to page 3 ?
I am currently on page 3 in Google, that's for the search "blog topsite" which is not a popular search and out of a couple million sites.

You guys feature in my Swicki too, with your TopSite, which is on Page 3 (in Google) as well. Does anyone know how Swickis ranking works ?
