Need to increase traffic to my blog

I'd appreciate any ideas how to increase traffic to my new blog.

I've done the pinging thing, submitted to search engines, and other blogrolls.

Lots of people suffer back, neck and shoulder pain and I think my blog can help, if I can reach them.

I have a few sites in the Top 10 in Google in my Neiche subject,
Ironically (is that how you spell it?) I ran a search to find my blog for instructions, funnily enough I found my article on my site :

http://www.afl-blog.com/howigetgoogletop10.htm

I ran this search "google top 10 blog" and found 122 000 000 sites and my article was number 15 (LoL close to Top 10)

So in the case I may be spamming my site, you will/maybe find my tips usefull as they have been for me. (in the above mentioned site)

Txdave, your backbebetter blog seems all over the place,
not the content but the alignment.
I see the adverts below the content, and below the footer (darker) bar if that's possible.
I'm using firefox on a mac.
